At A Sorceress Supply, each item is lovingly crafted and chosen with care, designed to bring you joy and spiritual empowerment.

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the handmade and magical nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. Please select carefully and reach out if you have any questions before purchasing — we’re here to help!

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery at a.sorceress.supply@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will be happy to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Custom Orders and Spellwork Items:

Custom spell jars, ritual tools, and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

Other Notes:

We are not liable for postal delays or lost packages once dispatched, but we’ll always do our best to guide you in lodging a claim with the carrier.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
