Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

We craft, pack, and bless each item before shipping to ensure it arrives with the highest positive energy!

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. But don’t worry — we’ll always keep you updated if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days

Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

International Shipping: estimated 7–21 business days, depending on location

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal issues beyond our control, but we'll always help you track and troubleshoot if needed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).

Tracking numbers will be active within 24–48 hours.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

We pack everything with so much love and care, but if your order arrives damaged, or you believe it's lost or missing, please contact us straight away at a.sorceress.supply@gmail.com.

We’ll work our magic (and with the postal carrier) to help make it right.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout, so double-check those spellings and addresses!
